We've been having a bit of a clear out of some of the shelves because we figure there's no point keeping books that no one has ever looked at and no one will ever look at.
We're going slowly, and have started with a few ancient fiction books that have been sitting on the shelves gathering dust. The plan is that the books go on "Death Row" for 2 weeks, where they are given their last chance to be saved by being read. After 2 weeks if they're still not borrowed, then they're doomed to a fate worse than death: eBay.
